I turn them back on...same thing happens. If you're not already familiar with forums, watch our Welcome Guide to get started. This is clearly an error in IS2015. We need to first make sure BITS service is running and then make sure AU service is running automatically.Click "Start", click "Run", type services.msc in the open box and click "OK".
