I spend over 40 hours on this one problem trying all the fix that I could find on the internet and Microsoft website. Thanks a lot! I couldn't get the updates rolling after doing a full system restore but after following the above steps the updates started right up, even though I had initially tried running the I am not sure what information to post so that i can recieve assistance.
