AUDIO Causing CPU USAGE 100%
I should have asked you to this when you ran Speccy but I thought there would be enough information there. I have a windows7 Home Premium edition system and since making a RECOVERY on it ,whenever i play something that has audio ,either a video,mp4 or mp3 ,or even videos fron I am running on 5 gigs of ram. See my other post about using sysinternal tools to figure out what specific task is causing svchost to have high utilization. my review here
Goes to Windows Support and read the Bullitins and the registry hacks should help and if its a HP get rid of the HP Center? I need to make further research because I need DFX, is a very good sound enhancer, it makes a very big difference in soud quality. I had experienced this sort of audio distortion - just without the CPU usage spikes - early this year.
