100% CPU Usage By CcSvcHst.exe When Norton Internet Security Updates

NIS still wasn't :( Did you check your Windows system file integrity with System File Checker (scf /scannow from an elevated command prompt) as Nikhil_CV suggested here? Temporarily fix the issue by ending the process from Task Manager.
