Even so, that probably wont help with access denied errors, for that you need to take ownership of the folder. profile2 supposed functionality is an integral part of my site hence i can't go live without a fix on this bug. This may take a long time to complete, and when it is done it will restart your computer. There wasn't a Fallout3 folder under HP_Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\ so I tried creating it and creating plugins.txt but that still didn't work, I still get the same error message.
